The problem
A marketing agency whose own website was its worst client. The audit caught revenue-leaking problems an owner cannot see from the inside.
What the audit found
- Service pages averaged 118 words (should be 800+). The Lead Generation page had 45.
- About page: 49 words, no team bios, no credentials.
- A broken MailChimp API error rendering on every page.
- No phone number anywhere on the site or any platform.
- Zero blog posts since 2021. Google Analytics broken (deprecated syntax on a GA4 ID).
- Category scores: Content 31, On-Page 33, Schema 22, Performance 28, GEO 41, Local 24.
What I did
- Delivered a defensible score and a prioritised fix list.
- Surfaced the broken analytics and missing contact details first.
- Mapped thin service pages to the depth AI engines reward.
The result
Proof the audit is not fluff. It finds the embarrassing, costly problems an owner cannot see from the inside.
