52/100 GEO Health Score at the start

65-year-old equipment hire business

A trusted family operator since 1960 with a 4.9 star Google profile and 90+ reviews, yet nearly invisible when customers asked AI for local hire.

Temporary power poles, portaloo and security camera hire Southeast Queensland Migrated Webflow to Next.js on Vercel

The problem

When customers asked ChatGPT or Google's AI for temporary power pole hire in Brisbane, the business did not surface. Strong reputation, weak machine readability.

What the audit found

  • GEO Health Score of 52 out of 100, with clear, fixable gaps.
  • FAQ answers ran 7 to 56 words. AI engines need roughly 134 to 167 words to cite reliably.
  • No YouTube presence and no Wikidata entity for a 65-year-old, ABN-registered business.
  • Blog posts missing BlogPosting schema and author bylines.
  • Platform spread: Google AI Overviews 58, Perplexity 45, Bing Copilot 42, ChatGPT 38.

What I did

  • Expanded the top FAQ answers to the citation threshold.
  • Added FAQPage and BlogPosting schema with author and date signals.
  • Built a YouTube content plan and started a Wikidata entity.
  • Ongoing retainer: weekly scorecards, GBP posts, location content and Google Ads support.

The result

This is a live engagement. The 52 out of 100 GEO Health Score is the measured baseline, taken before any fixes. The FAQ, schema and entity gaps above are the work now underway, and each is re-scored every retainer cycle so the lift is measured, not claimed. A defensible before-and-after will be published here once the next scan closes.
